Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Patients are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If Crossing is not right for you, for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund your first month in full and cancel any future charges so you are not billed again.
This is a satisfaction refund of your first month's payment. It is not a return of medication: any medication already dispensed is yours to keep and does not need to be returned. Full details are in our Money-Back Guarantee policy.
Prescription Products and Medications
Apart from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above, and due to federal health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications or compounded products once they have been shipped. If you believe you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
