The price you see is never the price you pay.
Everyone advertises a cheap “starter” rate. What they don’t say: there’s no monthly option. You pay for three months upfront, and the price climbs about $100 on re-order.
$149 is the starter price, the regular price, and the price two years from now.
Same number, every month. Your provider may ship one, two, or three months of medication at a time, but you’re only ever charged $149 a month. No upfront block, no lump sum, no lock-in. Cancel anytime. It’s also made at an FDA-registered 503B facility (BPI Labs, held to cGMP), and we name the pharmacy out loud.
Find it cheaper? We'll match it.
Show us another provider's lower price, and if you can verify they fill it through a pharmacy licensed in your state, we'll match it. That's the whole condition: a real pharmacy, licensed where you live.
We're comfortable making that offer because we name our pharmacy and most of them won't. If they can't tell you who fills your prescription and where it's licensed, that's your answer.
Verify before you join, or send it to us after. We'll honor it either way. One licensed, in-state pharmacy required; the named pharmacy must serve your state.

Provider figures are sourced from the r/tirzepatidecompound “Where to Buy / Telehealth Providers” thread and reflect advertised starter packages and standard re-order pricing, billed three months upfront. For reference, brand-name Zepbound runs roughly $1,000+/mo at retail (GoodRx).
Prices change. If any figure here is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it the same day.
