These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SMS and MMS messaging program of Crossing, LLC (“Crossing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Program Description
Crossing offers SMS and MMS messages for appointment reminders, health-related information, and promotional offers (if you opt in to promotions).
Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in, you authorize Crossing to send recurring texts to the mobile number you provided using an automated system. Consent is not required for purchase of goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Typical cadence is 0–4 messages per month.
Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A confirmation message will be sent and no further messages will be delivered unless you opt back in.

User Responsibilities
- Provide a valid mobile number that you control.
- Do not use our service for illegal or abusive purposes.
- SMS is not for medical emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these terms or carrier rules.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the SMS program will be resolved under Utah law in binding arbitration in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Changes
We may modify these terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
