Crossing is joining Belle
Hey everyone, Matt here. Some news: Crossing is joining Belle.
Crossing has always been run by the Belle team, same clinicians, same pharmacy partners, same operations behind the scenes. We’re now bringing everything under one name, and that’s good news for the folks who joined through Crossing: you get a bigger patient support team, better tools for managing your treatment, and access to a wider range of treatment options than Crossing ever offered.
The change rolls out over the next two days. Here’s what it means for you:
- Your price stays exactly the same. Nothing changes there.
- Your account moves over automatically. No sign-up, no new intake. joincrossing.com will redirect to Belle, and your treatment history comes with you.
- More treatment options. As part of Belle, you’ll be able to explore the full range of what we offer beyond what was available on Crossing.
- Your portal. While we merge the two systems, you’ll find the patient portal at newportal.joinbelle.com. Bookmark it, everything works the same there.
- Your treatment doesn’t change. Same medication, same pharmacies, same clinical team reviewing your care.
- More ways to reach us. The portal messenger is still the best way to reach the team, and you can now also text or call us: 877-359-1724 (SMS) and 888-541-6003 (phone).
